Wedding coordinator
Your wedding day is an expression of your love and personality so, select your departure date and accommodation, the wedding extras such as flowers, the cake, photographs or the whole reception, and our dedicated wedding experts will arrange everything to meet your personal wishes. You can also be confident that if you have forgotten any detail, or want to arrange something extra at the last minute, your overseas wedding coordinator will be there to help.
Weddings with peace of mind
Book with Olympic Holidays and you will have complete peace of mind as we are licensed by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and hold an Air Travel Organiser’s License (ATOL), protecting you financially and guaranteeing full security. We are also members of the Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA) and we adhere to their trading standards and comply with their codes of conduct.

Town hall weddings have become increasingly popular for couples who want a more low-key affair. They can still be completely tailored to suit you.
Have a browse on our website or through our brochure to get an idea on what resort, accommodation or wedding venue you might like. We have outlined specific requirements and have even added some handy filters to help narrow down your choice.
Once you have decided on a shortlist give our weddings team a call or send us an email. With our expertise we can go into more in-depth details of your chosen venues and even recommend some options you might not have thought of, we can check live availability if the date and venue you had in mind is available and we can ensure the flights and accommodation to sync in with the wedding date is all available.
Our team will also outline the basics of legal requirements and any other costs you might need to consider so you have a full picture on what getting married abroad entails.
Confirming your wedding
Once all options have been discussed and you’ve chosen your perfect venue we will confirm your wedding date and holiday, You’ll then receive your wedding confirmation email. This will include your confirmation of wedding date, legal guidelines, important info and also a wedding checklist to keep you organised ahead of your big day!
Once your wedding is confirmed the weddings team will stay in contact with you, giving reminders for when to start your legal documentation procedure and other helpful information like getting your guests booked, and pre-booking any extras to make your day perfect.
On arrival in resort
Depending on your resort you will receive confirmation by email from our weddings team or your resort coordinator confirming your meeting (usually the meeting is the day after arriving in resort).
The co-ordinator will go over all the arrangements and will accompany the bride and groom to the town hall to sort out licences.
