At Olympic Holidays we work hard to make sure that everyone can have a comfortable journey and enjoyable holiday whatever their needs.
If you would like to add a special request to an existing booking, such as specific location of a room, anniversary, honeymoon or any other request. Please contact our customer services team at least 7 days before departure to add these as a request to your booking. Please note special requests cannot be guaranteed.
If you have yet to make a holiday booking, please contact our call centre team and ask them to add your request at the time of booking.
It is your responsibility to advise us of any requirement that you need guaranteed before a booking is made, such as a room with a walk in shower, disabled friendly room, accommodation with no steps. We would need to check with the accommodation provider if such rooms/facilities are available prior to your commitment to the booking.
If you have already made your booking and have a disability of any kind, your mobility is reduced or need to take special medication with you on holiday, you must tell us as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary service providers aware.
