The adventure starts enroute to Plakias as you pass through the impressive Kourtaliotiko Gorge with the small church of Aghios Nikolaos built into the Gorge itself. Plus you'll pass a 40 metre high waterfall, before the road leads you to Plakia beachfront.
Nightlife is low key and is centred around the local tavernas and bars, although there is a disco for those seeking late-night holiday fun!
