There are three Olive Grove Villas that are available next to each other and are set in attractive gardens within close proximity to the beach. These beautiful holiday villas in Latchi offer every modern comfort with traditional styling and exposed wooden beams throughout the interior.
Both villas have a private pool complete with an outside jacuzzi, barbecue area and patio furniture to tempt you to relaxed days, enjoying the sun. There is also a spacious welcoming lounge and dining room with a fireplace.
Guests will find the bedrooms are tastefully appointed with attractive furnishings, with ensuite shower and bathroom.

Upon booking, you will be allocated one of these two villas.
An accommodation deposit of 300 Euros is required per booking. A payment link from Z&X Villas will be sent to the customer 3 to 7 days before arrival and should be paid online no later than the arrival date. The deposit is refunded after checking out, once the villa has been checked for any damages or extensive cleaning that may be required. Also please note the Air Conditioning / Heating is also paid via a payment link.

Three bedroom premier villa has air conditioning (payable locally at 6 Euros per day), central heating (payable locally), private bathroom(s) with a bath, safety deposit box, lounge with TV, radio, tea and coffee making facilities, free Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchenette with electric oven, microwave, toaster and kettle with a balcony or terrace with a private pool. Cleaning of the villa, as well as linen and towel changes occur every seven days.
